Processing and Shipping Times:
To maintain freshness and quality in all of our products, we keep nothing in stock, and every item is made to order.
Processing time is usually 1-2 weeks.
Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail. We use UPS or Fed Ex upon request.

Wholesale Customers:
Wholesale customers must have valid tax id number and show proof of retail business (i.e. business address, phone number)
Turn around time for wholesale is usually 2 weeks. Turnaround time may be longer during the Christmas season.
Minimum wholesale order is $35.00
Visa, MC or Net 30 day with three forms of credit references.

Refund Policy:
Returns will be accepted only for items that are damaged during shipment. Please contact us upon discovery of item(s), via phone or email. We will either replace item or issue credit on your credit card.
We cannot accept returns COD or reimburse shipping charges.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges for returned merchandise that is sent to us after 30 days, has been used, or not in it’s original container.
